Jacksonville Christian Outreach Center
JCOC is a faith based 501(c)(3) non-profit agency that has been providing food and direct relief assistance to those in need in the 36265 community of Jacksonville for over 25 years. They provide assistance with utility bills, groceries, prescriptions and other needs. JCOC annually provides school supplies for K-12 and a Christmas Toyland. We are supported by 24 local churches, from all denominations.

What to bring on your first client visit
Current ID Card
Social Security card for everyone in household
Current proof of residence in 36265
Custody papers for any child living with you who is not your own
Proof of income for all who live in your household, either current pay stub or SS award letter for current year
Food stamps award letter for the current year
Utility assistance: bill must be in your name, be the most current bill, AND be a disconnect notice
Prescription assistance requires a printout from Crow Drug
